Understand Contract Law and Article 2 of the UCC This book is brilliant! This book is broken down into the major points of contract law. Each subject is broken down into the elements. It explains everything from formation of contracts, breach, performance, mistake, estoppel, parol evidence, statute of frauds and so forth. It is easy to read and has all annotations to caselaw and th. "Article 2 only, not a contracts book" according to Adam Woodrum. This is a very good sales book. I came to Amazon to buy one after reviewing one in my libraries reserve room. But, this Sales and Leases review only covers contracts covered by UCC article 2, and as a 1999 book, doesn't cover the amendments, which doesn't matter much right now but may very soon.. Case Heavy, but Still Great Stan Great book! A little heavy on the case law, but it footnotes which code sections are at issue.
