Well Worth It The Nutshell series are good review books for learning the black letter law as well as having decent commentary on key cases and areas to focus your study. A critical element of the law student's library and well worth the read and the cost.. An Okay Book, But There Are Better Ones For Students KC Reviews Honestly, this is a book you don't need. Torts are not that difficult and this text is not the best aid for a student. While it comprehensive on the subject, you'd be better served to supplement your casebook with a guide like an Emanuel or Gilberts. Because Torts are not that complex, the brevity and structure of those two will probablely better serve you when it comes time for the final. Furthermore, the Emmanuel's has two additions and tries to match sections to your casebook. While in general it is a fine book, if I were a student, I would go another route.. Great summary - quick and easy reference for last minute bar or final exam cramming. Deevan This doesn't replace your casebook or other supplemental material, but it's sectioned out quite nicely to match up against a syllabus for a law school exam or as a general read for a bar exam. The writing is succinct, to the point and well organized.
