"Open Book Exam? Easier Than Printing" according to SFM. Since no one is buying this for fun, but for a course, I won't get into really what the book is like. All the regulations and acts you need are on-line at the SEC's website, so I did start my Securities Regulations course without this supplement. I would've kept it this way, except we're having an open-book exam. Originally, I was just going to print up all the sections we cove. "Good supplement" according to nika. But it did not have some of the rules that I needed at an exam. It would be great if there was more information on this book, like a table of contents.
