It is also updated with a 2012 supplement available separately. A more recent $200 second edition was published in 2013, but this now $23 first edition is suffic. Its a Con Law Book I bought it new, and it came new. Its the largest textbook I've ever owned. Prepare for that. If your class requires it (I dont know why else you would buy it), Amazon is a good place to buy it. Delivery was speedy.
