Horrible This text is horribly written and poorly structured. The author steals many lines from other sources and has no original take on the subject matter. Not only that but it is hardly useful as a text as some of the most basic concepts and terms are not well defined. Then every other page is an example of a form or a case decision, why not put those at the end of the each chapter instead, I was constantly worried that . Bad Book This has to be one of the most unorganized and poorly written text books I have ever seen. Unfortunately this is the book I needed for one of my courses at school. It has incredibly long chapters with 10 page legal documents thrown in everywhere rather than just placing them at the end of a chapter. It honestly feels like the author just copy and pasted most of the writing in the book.
