Five Stars andrea Scott great. Beverly D. Miller said Tort Law for Legal Assistants. Tort Law for Legal Assistants is a must for any civil litigation paralegal. I selected it based upon its table of contents, and it delivers. It is a clear, concise overview of tort law that provides reasoning, theories, relationships, elements, effects, limitations, applications, and much more. I wish I had known about this book during my paralegal training classes. At least I have it now as a review tool and reference guide for assignments as a paralegal.. Not quite the condition I expected The shipping was kinda slow, the communication wasn't that great, and the book wasn't in that great of condition. Lots of highlighting. However, to have gotten a textbook I needed for such a good price, somewhat makes up for thatnot completely but somewhat.
