"Excellent" according to A Customer. This is a very worthwhile book. It provides an excellent commentary on Irish company law. It considers the issues at the heart of the subject. I regret to say that the providers of this site are incorrect in their assertion that this book is out of print - it was @subjected@ to its third re-print in December 1997 - YAHOO
