DON'T BUY if you already have the Aspen Con Law Book!!! Kaleb What a racket. The authors of this textbook literally lifted all the 1st Amendment text out of their Constitutional Law textbook (also published by Aspen, by the same authors) and repackaged it in this book for a cool $168.00. What are the differences between the two? Literally nothing material! In fact, my 1st Am professor gave the class alternate reading assignments depending on whether students were using this book or the Con Law book. Save your money and use the Con Law book..
