It would be a five-star product if it wern't for one fundamental problem:The answers are long, rambly, and not very straightforward. Most of the examples call for short answers, usually a "yes" or a "no." For an explanation, you get about a page-and-a-half of reasoning and NO CLEAR ANSWER so you have no idea if you're right or wrong.That defeats the purpose of getting an E&E in the first place.However, the discussions that precede the questions are quite clear and useful, and tha. Below Standard I love the Examples and Explanations series. The book on Civ Pro was perfect. The Contracts book was very good. This book disappoints because it doesn't provide explanations.This edition refers students in almost every paragraph to look up a portion of the UCC or refer to a statute or case. Instead of explaining Sales and Leases, this editions tells us on every page to look at a provision of the UCC and discover the truth for ourselves.
