The book duly points out that residential segregation acts as the barrier to social & economic mobility by demonstrating how housing is intricately linked to education, employment, health, and social networks (that is, consequences of residential segregation in chapter 4 - 7). These chapters focus on reviewing empirical findings on the link between segregatio. I have not finished the book yet, so I I have not finished the book yet, so I can't give five stars. However, it seems to have more and less interesting articles, as the book is divides in different themes, written by different people. I am liking the reading so far, I am learning some facts about segregation in the US, which is specially interesting for me because I am not from that country.
