This product is absolutely outstanding This is by far the best set of law tapes I have ever heard. Professor Spak is excellent. He makes the subject matter so easy to understand I found myself wondering how I could have ever been confused in the first place. I've also listened to his Commercial Paper tapes. They're good, but not half as good as these Secured Transactions tapes. The thing that really pu. Melani LaMar said Good exam help. I found this to be really helpful before my secured transactions exam. It simplified the whole subject into a couple hours. It probably would have been good to have in the middle of the semester.
