Four Stars pam l hubby approved.. Another action packed adult western tale with Custis Long, U.S. Deputy Marshal. My reading interests are far and wide, from astronomy to science and zombies, to Special Forces military stories to adult action westerns. Sometimes I read to increase my knowledge, sometimes for information purposes and many times for the pure joy of sitting down with a good novel. I have been a longtime fan of the Longarm series, which I consider recreational reading of this adult. "He,like his great-grandfather on his mother's side,was a born outlaw devil straight out of the bowels of hell." Most of this episode takes place with Longarm illegally in Mexico trying to retrieve an army payroll that has been stolen.The central figure this time has to be the beautiful daughter of wealthy Don Cordova.Claudia is as wild and unpredictable as she is cunning and beautiful.Custis is really taken in by her until things begin to unravel as Claudia tells one falsehood after another.L
