"This is the worst law school book I have ever had" according to MillieBalthazar. This book abridges cases to the point where there are little to no facts, so you are basically supposed to do extra research if you want to understand the holding. Furthermore, the authors who compiled this book cite to their own law review articles constantly throughout the book. I had the Chemerinsky book for the first section of my con law class and it was far superior. I didn't know, until I had to use this book, how terrible a casebook could be. If you can avoid using this book, I highly suggest it.. "Least Favorite Casebook so Far" according to UM. This casebook really tries, but there are several flaws that make it awful:1) It is HUGE. I wish it had been put into two volumes, because carrying it around is unpleasant.2) The margins are tiny.
