Good content, bad binding The Good: This book, thus far, is very accessible. It explains the applicability of the UCC quite well and also contains various problems that students(like myself) are able to work through so as to develop a better understanding of material that will likely show up on the bar.The Bad: The binding. It's a known problem, and one that the publisher should look into fixing. That said, I bought my copy of this book used(though in very good condition) and recommend others do the same.. "Good book--lousy binding" according to Marian G. Dent. No objections to the content, but the binding fell apart after about 5 days of normal use. Don't buy the bound version--get the electronic or the loose leaf instead. I was going to write and ask for a replacement but I got busy and forgot about it until being prompted by Amazon to write this review.

This edition includes transactions under the Convention of International Sales of Goods. This book is built around carefully selected and edited cases, author notes, and selected problems. These newer cases offer both a more sophisticated discussion of problems than usually found in earlier cases, as well as more current analyses of Code ambiguities and conflicting approaches to certain Code sections.
