A friend of mine was fired I swear it was like I was reading her story all over again. It is written well, but not for a relaxing . Excellent Resource Dr. Eve Kleiser A friend of mine was passed over- AGAIN for a position. While she wasn't fired, she did find many of the situations in this book helpful.
