One Star Amazon Customer I dont like this book, it is not well structered.. J. Rinehart said Secured Transactions required reading. I got this book for my secured transactions class in law school. I really can't imagine anyone would buy this book if they weren't in a law school class. It is heavier on explanations than normal law books (compared to most books that are case heavy with short explanations). I like this better because it actually explains why things work the way they do. But if you're a practicing attorney, find a supplement instead.. "Context Equals Understanding" according to lxloco. This book provides more than cases and code sections; it provides the context that helps one see how and why the rules are what they are.First: a general, easy to understand, layman's, explanations of the law.Second: an example or case that shows how that law operates in the real world.Third: problems at the end of assignments that require one to delve deeper, to understand as lawyer and not merely as a layman.This book does
