Excellent Supplement, Useful Quick Reference For Practitioners Too Tacomeat I used this book as a supplement in my Securities Regulation course. I had shopped around and looked at a few different supplements before purchasing this one. Steinberg's book was the clearest, had the best logical layout and did an excellent job of cutting out extraneous details. It was of great assistance in clarifying difficult concepts
