The author starts out with a forward that has to be read to make any sense of the story, don't skip it. The story is filled with adventure and romance, and goes on to a tale of the old west. Read it Gary. Classic western action/romance Author did an awesome job balancing our hero's inner fears with his actions. Good read. Only thing this lacks is a stampede and a few angry Indians.
