Totally useless and uninteresting. No different from dozens of other dry management books. Full of theory and nonsense, but nothing practical. Get a biography on Patton or Bill Gates, and you'll learn far more. Also---its written by a lawyer, and as such, is full of complex, dry writing that puts you to sleep. If you're an insomniac, then buy this book. If you want to learn more about leadership, go somewhere else.
