Mostly great Brilliant in parts, The Bounty Hunters tells a good story. I appreciated that Mr. Leonard did some research and I understood his motivations behind location names. The places he speaks of are mostly real, though existing with other names. Occasionally the dialogue was incoherent but it was mostly easy to follow and usually felt pretty natural. The first two chapters were slow but after that I had trouble putting the book down.. lancer said Elmore leonard. Always goodyou can count on that. First western for me. I think I will have another. The lingo was confusing at times and a bit cutesy.but ok. The story went smooth and easy.. "Four Stars" according to charlie. elmore leonard is always decent value for grit, dialogue, plot and the rest
