Great Book Silas Dogood Great book. Very thorough and easy to understand. This was a very needed book, and they always kept the first edition updated on their website so it always stayed current. I'm sure this one will too. A must-have for gun-carriers in South Carolina.. "Then just as you have a good holster for your weapon" according to mammon. Read this book if you hold a SC concealed carry permit. Then read it again. This book tells you and explains everything you need to know.it gives you examples which I found extremely helpful. If you carry concealed daily as I do. Then just as you have a good holster for your weapon, so should you have this book. don't take having a concealed carry permit lightly.it's a huge responsibility and have as much knowledge as possible on this subject.. "Must read for SC Concealed Weapons Permit holders" according to L. Smith. As a South Carolina Certified Concealed Weapons Permit Instructor I think this book should be required reading for every SC CWP holder and instructor. It is the work of two attorneys and an experienced law enforcement officer. The Kindle version goes a step further and links the topics in the Table of Contents to the page(s) in the text. I cannot say enough about how valuable the book is to my training.
