Mostly Authoritative Sam Clemens I have found this to be a pretty decent read on the background and substance of this landmark decision, providing for a pregnant woman's choice being foremost in determining whether she will go to term or terminate her pregnancybut with very clear limitations.The narrative does go astray in a couple of ways. Around page 220 it truly harps on the question of why the SC focused so much on the concept of viability instead of "the time of quickening." Yet, this is a moot point. A careful reading of the decision--and I find that most people "on both sides" of the argument are ignorant of this--will show that there are essentially two p.
