"Exactly what I expected" according to sb121081. I am really glad I purchased this book at Amazon as our school's bookstore had a list price that I could not afford. Amazon had it at a reasonable price and that was all I needed. I am not a fan of used books, so Amazon was the preferable choice.. Cases on Commercial Law Leonard D. Saphire Bernst The book is a law book, case study method. A decent book. This copy predates a changes in the law that are relevant to the law.. Spectacular for UCC Sales and great for bar review in one go Jones Whaley does not mess around. This is a seminal textbook that is well-used and much-loved as a 3L/4LE source of both contracts review for the bar as well for expanded or new coverage of commercial paper and secured transactions. The cases selected are hard on point; it's not peripheral like some casebooks tend to be, and I liked that many of the cases were more modern than a lot of the stuff I'd seen the first time around as a 1L.If you are a professor looking for a UCC Sales textbook, Whaley is a winner.
