Law student said Disappointed with this case book. Considering all the casebooks I have gone through, this one is disappointing for two predominant reasons. First, this casebook lacks commentary. The quantity of author-generated text is very minimal. Chapters begin with little introduction. The lack of "notes" or the like leaves the reader in the dark as to the context of cases. Second, the editing is noticeably substandard. This is the first casebook I have read that includes a number of typos as well as poor excerpting (i.e. case texts that include lengthy summarie
