It brings together a set of essays from countries which are not commonly discussed in the policing litera. Painfully Boring yaland This appears to be a series of 'studies' of other studies. It reads like a college thesis, except a lot more boring. It's not even worth reading the back cover. Almost no useful information could be pulled from it.
