This is a great TEXT Book I am not the type of person who generally likes to read text books, but after reading this book, there may be some textbooks that are helpful. This books goes over almost everything that managers would encounter in the business world, and it explains the subjects in great detail. What I really liked about the book was that after explaining the material, the book would use real world experiences or cases to explain the application of the law. This is very helpful f. Allen F. Laughrun said Four Stars. as advertised. Exactly what I needed. I ordered this book for a business law class. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and was exactly what I needed.
