Not long ago I read amazon reviewer, Brian Baker’s helpful opinion on Long Shot: A Sniper Novel (Kyle Swanson Sniper Novels). While he says that that book could be read as a standalone, he recommended that I start with the first novel in this series.I took Brian’s advice and read Kill Zone first. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered the second in the series, Dead Shot today.Jack Coughlin and Donald Davis are ta. However I am enjoying the second one more than I did the first and perhaps that's because I feel like I know the main character C.J. It was a decent book. Good quick read perfect for a plane ride It's not genre-defining or anything like that, but it's a fast-paced read perfect for when you are traveling. Would read again.
