Acostumer said Not as comprehensive as the title implies. It is not so much an overview as the title seems to imply but the author's view on the constitutionality as regards a few controversial matters (death penalty, abortion).. Great Books Really thoughtful book. Highly recommended. Discusses some key topics in the human rights movement. Do not hesitate to purchase this book.
