Good Value This is a good book that goes over the HIPAA laws in detail and breaks it down into an easier to understand format. The only problems I have with this book is that it does not contain the HITECH information that I assumed would be in it because it was labeled 2011. When the book was written they had yet to publish the final version of the HITECH act and so. "great resource for HIPAA/HITECH compliance" according to James M McCurry Jr. great resource for HIPAA/HITECH compliance. The one area I wish they would add is what the individual states requirements are for reporting data breaches.. Five Stars Kojigo great resource for the HIPAA professional!
