Rogers I am a visual learner so I needed something more than words to help me grasp the basics of Constitutional Law. Luckily, this study aide had charts that made the big concepts easier to understand. I was able to comprehend the information in the charts quickly which then made moving on to the specifics of a concept easier.In addition, at the beginning of each chapter the author of the study aide included key exam issues. Combined with my professors "hints" as to what would be on the exam I was able to better use my study time.. Very Useful The Gilbert Series proved themselves very useful while I was in law school. I bought two of the books and the Con Law book was really helpful. I needed a little extra help in getting down some of the principles (commerce clause, presidential powers) and I found those things very accessible in this outline. I easily incorporated things into my own outline and was able to fill in seamlessly when I was missing notes from class. It was worth it.
It also covers taxation of interstate and foreign commerce, due process, equal protection, "state action" requirements, freedoms of speech, press, and association, and freedom of religion.. Also included are separation of powers, regulation of foreign commerce, and regulation of interstate commerce. The topics discussed in this law student study outline are the powers of federal government, including judicial power, powers of Congress, Presidential power, foreign affairs power, and intergovernmental immunities
