Every state has vastly different laws in regards to renting. This book is more of a general advice rather than a guide to your rights. Most specific things will have you going online, which is probably where your search started anyway.If you've never rented before, as a tenant or landlord, this book will be quite helpful. If you're looking for specific laws that apply to you, this book will be a list of URLs that you probably already looked at.. Well Worth it!!!!
