Decent ConLaw Book This conlaw book is not a light read. Some of the cases (if not all) are fairly dense cases. The notes do not do a very good job of sorting the density, either -- it just asks open-ended questions, kind of in a way that would go over your head. I am a student who has very good reading comprehension, and I do . "Finally, a casebook whose "notes" have headings." according to AlexT. Con Law is Con Law and I don't know much about other casebooks for this course, but this one seems on par. I give it five stars for one reason: the notes after cases have headings.
