It does a great job of pulling out the key law (which can be deceptively difficult in con law) and explaining the implications. I don't feel like this book has more typos than most casebooks.. Great purchase Michael Kim This hornbook is well-written and definitely helps me understand these difficult constitutional law cases. They give background as well, that can help put cases into context and remember them.
