Herbert McDonald said Ok for finals superficiality, but not on point. These briefs are good in only a superficial sense. They will not adequately prepare you for lecture. Often times, they fail to get the real gist of the opinion! Which is a shock, considering that it is really not that hard. Apparently, they should employ better students to create these briefs.. kc said a MUST HAVE for con law. Thank the good lord for Chemerinsky. I don't know what I'd do with out him. I met a friend of mine for a study date and she brought this book along, and I just so happened to be working on my outline for con law. I peeked through it and the next thing I know I'm completely engrossed & adding bits & pieces from it to my outline. Needless to say I ordered it before we even left the library.
