gopfreak said Excellent Book- Highly Recommended. Excellent book on major constitutional controversies! I like how it gives background, precedent, portions of briefs, portions of oral arguments, and portions of opinions for each of the debates it covers. I found this book very fair, informative, and not too difficult to understand.
