A standard classic reference for the United States Constitution, This is a classic set of commentaries on the United States Constitution published in 1833 and still a standard reference today. Story writes very clearly and with a commanding mastery of the history of the Constitution up to his time. It is a pleasure to read his work. This is always a good place to start looking for interpretation, but of course it is not a good place to stop since so much has happened since.. "Five Stars" according to Mike L. Great.
