Written in language for the average person. don't need a Ph.d to follow and understand the Bishop's points. Superb selection of questions with well researched and thought-out answers. This is the kind of book one would want to have in hard copy so that margin notes, underlines and highlights co. "A must-read to understand the basis" according to M L Banda. Well written and cuts through the "hype" and clearly delivers solid information, backed up by in-depth references. Corrects many common misunderstandings that have been perpetuated throughout the years, so much so that some of them have gained a life of their own. A must read for anyone interested in the basis of the constitution with regards to religious liberty.
Finally, it demonstrates that, while the rhetoric and reasoning of the Supreme Court has confused and misled the country, its decisions have largely been in harmony with the purpose of the First Amendment.
