Five Stars Arrived in very good condition.. I bought it for a class There is a lot of content and it is easy to read. After all, it is a textbook and it is a good one if you are interested in the subject.. "Not all that" according to msSera. Too bad I can't give zero stars! Many chapters are very poorly written and tend to drone on and on for far too long. It is also very disorganized and random at times. Unless you HAVE to buy this book, there are definitely better ones out there. I'd rather stick a hot poker in my eye than read this thing again.

History and politics come alive for students as they engage constitutional problems as concrete political and legal struggles with stakes that span all American institutions, not just the courts. A landmark contribution to the teaching and study of American constitutionalism."--Rogers M.
