"Arrogant and opinionated but worth the time and money; recommended." according to Carl D Motes. I struggled over whether to give this a two star or a three star rating. The author's arrogance, unfortunately, comes through much too often as he selects one view of history, one legal theory and mixes that with his political philosophy. That sounds like the debate s. The Design vs. The Outcome of America How did it come to be that we give Congress and the President approval ratings of less than 10%? Where are the checks that kept the federal government on a leash? Where the early fears of a federal machine consuming its creator valid? Are we experiencing the United Sa.
