Zane Grey is a great writer but don't buy this for anyone that needs The print in this book is so small it cannot be read for my 96 year old friend I bought it for. Saying it was large print was an outright lie. The print is tiny and the book cannot be used for the reason purchased. Zane Grey is a great writer but don't buy this for anyone that needs big print.. It was a good story, but I thought that the author used Amazon Customer It was a good story, but I thought that the author used quite formal language for people who lived in the nineteenth century. It would have seemed more authentic if he had used words like were used in the West in those days.. "Captivating" according to Rosie Tosie. I've never read Zane Grey before this book. Rest assed I will definitely read more of his books. It was very descriptive about the ways of the Texas Rangers and the dangerous way they lived and worked. Great read.
