better than expected western RFB I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the sample, but I am glad I got this book (under PRIME lending). At first I thought the entire book was going to be about a man on the run, but it turned out to be a well rounded book. Luke Adams is very good with a gun because of what his Pa taught him. An authenic Western Finally, I've found an author that comes close to writing novels comparable to Louis L'Amour.Glover knows how to incorporate "Old West" gun play into a sensible story. Those who learned of his prowess often did not live to spread the knowledge. This is a story about love and the free-spirit attitude that prevailed in much of the Old West in this time. He ends up shooting someone pretty important, and instead of being a "cowboy," he is now an "outlaw." The book required that I learn some things about Texas, but more about New Mexico Territory. Apache bands regularly wandered across New Mexico, raiding deep
