Jeffrey Tidwell said I wouldn't waste my money.. I thought this book would be much more helpful than it actually turned out to be. The claim that they have answers and explanations to 50 sample questions, while true, is horse hockey. The answers to the sample questions simply reference the appropriate Model Rule. Don't waste your money on this book. Instead, I recommend that you get hold of the two-box set of flash cards (published by Emaunel, I believe) and spend a month or so going throu. Useful when used with Emanuel's flash cards My law school ethics professor wouldn't deign to discuss the MPRE in class, and so one month before the exam I was getting *really* nervous. I got this book and the "Law in a Flash" cards and together it was a winning combination (I got a score more than 25 points above the California required score for passing the MPRE).This book won't teach you the substantive rules - that's what the flash cards are for.
