Assigned for class, but it's really good C. Morris I wouldn't have picked up this book if it wasn't assigned for class. I think for the first day of class we had to do 50 pages or so of reading, but I ended up reading pretty much all of it in one sitting. I wasn't expecting that. The book is a series of excerpts from law review articles and such, and they touch on so many aspects of the fourth amendment. It was interesting to see the different academic approaches to the fourth amendment. Unlike m. Highly recommended Well written, easy to follow. A great companion book for all criminal justice students
