In fact, it also looks as if Berkley Western Novels, most noted for Peter Brandvold. Frank Lesl. It's time to end this series, but Carlton Stowers wrote a good story. Much better than most of the other authors. I'm giving this four stars for the good characters and some good action. I think this is the first story by Carlton Stowers I've ever read, and except for a few annoying things I think he is among the better writers in this series since Ralph Compton passed in 2000.W
