This is difficult, complex material. Digging out the answer from statutes and regulations was not helpful because, you never find the answer.T. "No Index is Frustrating" according to Nicole. The problem-solving method that the casebooks uses is ideal. My only complaint is about the lack of an index. What kind of textbook does not have an index? Seems to be a basic and essential part of any book, especially a book that could be categorized as a reference book. I found it very frustrating for the purposes of searching for specific topics in the book, given that the table of contents is not very detailed. The author should consider adding an index to f. "this is a good, quick study sheet" according to Ryan Harris. Overall, this is a good, quick study sheet.
