I wish I had read this book before I actually went ahead and created my governing documents as it would have made the process a lot less stressful. I especially love the “Best Practice” summary at the end of each section. If you are thinking about turning your vision into a reality and making it a nonprofit organization. This concise book is wonderful Theodore W. Wagner I developed a great deal of respect for Jackie when she helped me through the process of getting 501 (c) (3) status for my Bow Time At School business, which offers after school instruction on violin, viola, and cello for Wake County Elementary students. She truly cared about what I wanted to accomplish. Now that I'm up and running, this concise guide will be of enormous help to make sure that I understand and follow all of the rules and laws associated with keeping this passion of mine alive and well.
