It's a great, well-rounded collection of sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and paranormal wrapped around Mormon theology, history, and culture. And the title is very appropriate for this book--there are a lot of monsters, demons, zombies, and alien cultures, but there's also green jell-o, Mormon myths and legends, and some funny stuff about Utahns and fry sauce. I liked most of the stories in here, but some of my favorites were "Fangs of the Dragon" . III Nephi said Joe Mormons, Monster-slayers. Relax, enjoy! For some reason, writing about spiritual uniqueness can be easier when one uses tried cliche'd formats of dead spirits, zombies, and various monsters. Gratefully, most of the stories have Mormons as heroes instead of the tired villains who are trying to steal wives.
