Best Study guide I found for Secured Transactions In clear, well-organized writing, this book goes through the entirety of Article 9, explains the sections in plain English, and describes how they work together. The logical progression made it easy for me to comprehend how my course should have been organized! I outlined for this class in large part straight from this book.. Fulcanelli said simplified my review for the exam. I was lost throughout the semester in this course, just doing the readings and taking notes but not really connecting the dots.
