I don't know why Amazon is asking me, years later, to review it now.It explains how to do your own legal research in a law library, describes the types of law (common, civil and criminal), which states are in which Circuit for the Courts of Appeals (First to Eleventh, District of Columbia and Federal), doing a search using an Index system, Shepard's Citations, using Lexi. Legal Research for beginneers The is good it covers most aspects of legal research curricula. My lecturers found the book useful for thier lecturing as well as the students. It is a good book!
