She also analyzes "travaux préparatoires" of many treaties, as well as other scholarly development. This book is a "must have" for anybody interested on this theme (regardless of their personal views on the subject), specially because there are not many books on the matter. When rating the book it I didn't know whether to give it four stars (because the author deals with a legal matter, but revealing at times her non-legal background) or to give it five. I decided to give it five stars because there are not many
